Delete your iszee account

You can request that we delete your iszee account and associated personal data used on iszee.fun and related iszee products. Deletion is permanent — you will lose access to your profile, listings, chats, Flash order history, and seller tools tied to that account.

How to request deletion

1. Email us (preferred): write to privacy@iszee.fun with subject line iszee account deletion request.
2. Or use the contact form: go to iszee.fun/pages/contact.html, choose topic Support, and ask for account deletion.
3. Include: the email or username on your iszee account, and (if available) the phone number on your profile.
4. We will verify ownership of the account, then process the request.

What we delete

When your request is approved, we delete or permanently anonymise:

• Account profile (name, username, email, phone, bio, profile photo)
• Authentication access for that account (you will no longer be able to sign in)
• Your marketplace ads and draft listings
• Follow / block relationships involving your account
• Chat threads and support tickets opened by you (where not required for open disputes)
• Device tokens used for push notifications
• Saved addresses and payment method preferences stored in your profile (not bank/card numbers held by payment partners)

What we may keep (and for how long)

Some records may be retained where we must for law, tax, fraud prevention, or accounting — typically up to 90 days for residual backups / logs, and longer only when required (for example completed Flash order invoices, GST/tax records, or active fraud investigations). Retained records are restricted and not used for marketing.

• Flash order / payment / invoice records required for tax and dispute resolution
• Seller payout / KYC artefacts already submitted for compliance, if legally required
• Security and abuse logs needed to prevent fraud

Timeline

We aim to confirm your request within 7 days and complete deletion of account data within 30 days of verification (sooner when possible). You will receive an email confirmation when the account is deleted.
