Terms of use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using iszee you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. iszee is a local marketplace for sell, rent, lease, swap and giveaway listings, plus Flash deals sold by iszee.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information. Your username is chosen at signup and cannot be changed later. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that post fake ads, harass others, or break the law.

3. Marketplace listings

Sellers must post honest titles, photos, prices and condition. Illegal, stolen, hazardous or prohibited items are not allowed. iszee is not a party to private peer-to-peer deals unless the item is a Flash deal.

4. Flash deals

Flash products are sold by iszee at deep discounts. Refunds apply only for wrong / mismatched items with unboxing video proof in front of the delivery agent. Platform fees and GST may apply. See the Flash sale policy.

5. Safety

For local meetups, prefer public places, inspect items before paying, and keep conversations in-app. Never share OTPs or bank passwords.

6. Content licence

You grant iszee a non-exclusive licence to display your listing media and profile content inside the service for marketplace operations and safety review.

7. Liability

iszee is provided as-is. We are not liable for private meetup outcomes, item quality in peer listings, or indirect losses, except as required by law for Flash orders we fulfil.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be noted in Settings.
