Privacy policy

1. What we collect

Account details (name, username, phone, email), profile photo, location for nearby ads, listing content, chat messages needed for support, device and usage data, and Flash order/payment status.

2. How we use data

To run marketplace and Flash features, show nearby listings, process orders, prevent fraud, improve the product, and contact you about orders or policy updates.

3. Sharing

We share data with payment and logistics partners only as needed for Flash fulfilment, and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

4. Location

Location is used to show nearby ads and set listing locations. You can refresh or edit location on post forms. You may turn off device location, but some features will be limited.

5. Retention

We keep account and order records as needed for legal, tax and dispute purposes. You can request account deletion via Support; some records may remain where law requires.

6. Your choices

Update profile in Edit profile, manage notification toggles in Settings, and contact privacy@iszee.app for access or deletion requests.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures. No method is 100% secure; please use a strong password and keep your device locked.
